LAUGHING WILD
Let yourself go. Laugh! When the soul feels good, the body follows. Laughter is one of the simplest ways to make your body healthier, and anyone can do it! Laughter is nature's counter to stress - they are physiological opposites. Not only does laughter disipate destructive chemicals that the body releases from ongoing stress, it actually boosts the good stuff like endorphins! At Laughing Wild, laughter can be induced by comedy (namely improvisation) or by using Hasya (Laughter) and/or Hatha Yoga techniques. It's your choice! By simply getting together and making the choice to just let go and laugh - you really are making the world a better place. So far, nobody has been able to prove that there is a thing as too much joy.
Her workshops were very engaging and a huge success with the children! We thank Amanda very much for her energy and her enthusiasm, as well as her genuine interest in giving the children and empowering experience.
